All prices on the website are in Australian dollars with GST included.

Payment is to be made by direct deposit,money order or Paypal(preferred)within 48 hours from order.

Please note that items will be returned to stock unless contact is made in this time.

$2.50 postage will be charged per order to anywhere in Australia. All orders are sent via Australia Post. Registered Post is $2.75 extra. Just tick the insurance box at checkout. This method is useful as it comes with $100.00 insurance coverage by Australia Post. Items will be carefully & securely packaged to ensure your purchase arrives safely.

The item you "Add to Cart" is the actual you will receive, therefore it is ready for immediate shipment.

All orders will be posted within 24 hours after payment is received & cleared, whenever possible.

Delivery time is in accordance with Australia Post guidelines, depending on your location.

Express Post is also available on request.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS : International orders are to be paid through Paypal only. Postage will be calculated at cheapest possible rate & advised. If there are any questions on International charges, please email me prior to purchase. Shipping may not be available to all countries.

SAFETY INFO : All the items for purchase on this website are handcrafted with the utmost care. All beads are securely attached. However, please supervise closely if you have small children.

Due to health regulations, refunds not given on jewellery unless item is faulty.

Also, no refunds if you change your mind, so please choose your goods carefully.

However, if the item is faulty, a refund will be given as long as it has not been worn or used & in original packaging & returned within 7 days.

I will not be responsible for lost/damaged goods during shipping.

When I receive your order in the same condition I sent it, I will refund your money.
